This set was pretty much a must because I'm Irish. I know its typical, but when I think of Ireland I think of green. So for this look, i decided to use green, but make it more wearable. For that, i used a kelly green dress from old navy and is super affordable and comes in many colors. Then i added a Cambridge brown satchel for an accessory to break up the green. Because of the many hills and tourist attractions, I wanted a shoe that would be comfortable to walk around in. I choose a sandal with jewels on the top to act as the jewelry. For the makeup, i wanted to go with a gold and brown look to match with the green, but not overdoing it. The hair is long and curly just like mien, and perfect because it reminds me of Irish dancer's hair. This look is inspired by Saint Tropez. This whole set started with the yellow and white cover up. The beautiful colors gave me the idea to create a more beachy set. I continued the bright yellow trend by using a MAC nail polish. Then added pops of color with a raspberry lipgloss by NARS and raspberry Sam Edleman Gigi flats. The makeup is natural yet defined- perfect for going to the beach, but wanting that "done" look. The hair would be styled into a loose side braid to complete the look. I created this set because not only has it been my dream of going to Rome, buth this summer I get to make that dream come true. For Rome, i wanted this outfit to be natural and simple. For the hot summer temperatures, i choose a light floral dress. Then, I paired embelished gladiator sandals with the look that matched, and would be comfortable to walk around in. I love the braided back hairstyle for this look because its easy and will keep the hair up and out of the way, but still looking cute. The makeup has colors that can be found in the dress and I found that it looks natural yet put togather. This set is just an example of what i might be wearing on my vacation this summer. This set is inspired by Brooklyn. I choose this outfit because it reminded me of the boho- hipster vibe that Brooklyn has. I choose embroidered shorts by Miss Selfridge as the main part of the outfit. I then took combat boots by Steve Madden for the shoes. To keep the top portion of the outfit simple, i only used a oatmeal colored cardigan from American Eagle and a basic white tank top. Then, to accessorize the outfit i used a statement necklace from BCBG to add more pizazz. For hair, i put it into a sloppy side ponytail to finish the look. This oufit is inspired by New York during spring and summer. I think of New York as very edgy, but i wanted to add some feminine details to make it appropriate for the spring. So, i took a floral print dress from the LC Lauren Conrad collection availible at Kohls. Also that dress was $24.00, you CANNOT beat that! Anyway, i took tougher accessories like a studded bracelet by Stella and Dot. Then i took ankle boots so that when you are walking around the streets of NYC you can feel comfortable. The boots have studs on the side to go with the sweet/street look. The makeup is golden and black on the eyes and a perfect pink ip for a pop of color. This set is inspired by Moscow and what i would wear for nightlife there. I choose a simple LBD and decided to jazz it up with the accessories. I wanted the accessories to be super tough and edgy. So, i choose a go to studded clutch by Alexander McQueen. Then i added a resin studded necklace by House Of Harlow 1960. I wanted the hair to be long and curly to hide what the dress exposes. Surprise! Another set inspired by California... What can i say? There are so many different cities and styles. But anyway, the outft is a mix of sophisticated and tough. Hollywood has to top my list of must go to places. For this set I really designed what I would wear based on what I have seen people wear before. This outfit is inspired by Venice Beach located in California. California is by far my favorite place to travel to (cough cough...I made over 4 sets so far inspired by the goldent coast). Anyway, i would totally wear this outfit to the beach because of the colors and light fabrics.
